How does Bold Save work?
We are an online subscription service helping you manage, budget and protect your finances. We also assist in accumulating savings and teach you how to increase your monthly income all in one place. Subscribing to Bold Save gives you the ability to register all your bank and credit card accounts on one easy-to-use dashboard. Keep a clearer eye on where your money is going and get alerts for any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
How do I add my bank details on my dashboard?
When you first log into your account, your Bold Save dashboard requires you to add your accounts using the ‘Add Account’ wizard. The wizard will give you the instructions on what you need to do – just select the bank or credit card provider for the account you are trying to add and enter your online banking login credentials. You can add and remove accounts at any time using the ‘Add Account’ option on the dashboard.
How do I fix the errors I get when I try to add my accounts?
These are common errors and are usually resolved by trying to re-add the account. If not, you can get in touch with us by sending us a message via the contact form or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0345 565 1943, (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm).
What happens if I forget my password?
Simply proceed to the login page and click ‘Forgotten password’. Enter the email address you used to sign up and we’ll send you an email to recover your account.
How secure is your website?
With security being our top priority, we only use SSL encryption on our services. Furthermore, we do not have access to your online banking details as this is handled by a third party service provider with over 15 years of experience in the industry. You can rest assured your information is in safe hands!
How do I change my password?
Just log in, proceed to your ‘My Profile’ page, click ‘Change Password’ and enter your new password. Click ‘Confirm Change’ and it’ll be effective immediately.
I've cancelled my account and I want a refund.
You can cancel your account penalty-free however, you will not be reimbursed for the fees you have already paid for your account. Subscription payments to Bold Save are non-refundable.
How do I complain?
If you’re experiencing any issues with our service or have cause to complain, we would like to hear from you immediately. Why is my bank/card provider not listed?
We do try to have most banks in the UK listed, but whilst we have most of them there are a few that we may be missing. If your bank isn’t listed on the ‘Add Account’ Wizrd, let us know so we can try to get them added ASAP! Contact a member of the Bold Save team and outline the full details of your provider.
